Beauty and well-being go hand in hand – take 15 minutes in the morning and see how much more confident you’ll feel during your day.
Hey-hey! I’m Cärolyn, your brand new personal beauty specialist here on Aspiré platform. I’m a make-up artist and eyebrow technician by day, with 8 years of experience in the field of make-up and 3 years as an eyebrow technician. The world of beauty, well-being, health and everything related to it’s my great passion. That’s why I’m happy to start sharing beauty and care tips with you, motivating you to dedicate time to yourself and use makeup. I hope this blog will inspire and give new insights to everyone who is looking for a balance between beauty and well-being.
But now to the topic…
I admire those women who feel confident without makeup, but how exactly does makeup and taking care of yourself make our day better?
Dedicating time to yourself in the morning is the best investment of the day. Just 15 minutes will increase your self-confidence many times over. Start your morning with a warm cup of tea, a nice skincare routine, and light makeup. Doing your morning makeup is not just a beauty routine – it’s an opportunity to take a moment for yourself and set the day on a positive path that will give you an extra boost of energy and lift your mood. Makeup doesn’t have to be complicated, sometimes just a light foundation, mascara, and lip gloss to make you feel a little more fresh. However, if you feel that your makeup skills are lacking, get yourself a makeup artist whose style speaks to you and learn from them how to do everyday makeup that suits you.
If you are happy with your appearance, it will also be reflected in your confidence. Personally, after doing my morning makeup, I feel more ready for the challenges ahead. In addition, it is a good moment to focus on yourself before the day brings its own pace and responsibilities. A small beauty moment can do wonders and make the day a little sunnier!
15-minute Morning Makeup Routine
Rinse your face with lukewarm water and apply a healing cream (according to your skin’s needs). If there are any imperfections on your skin, you can easily hide them with concealer and serum foundation. Bring back your complexion and freshness with cream bronzer and cream blush. PS! Cream products stay natural on the skin. Fix quick steps with powder. Comb your eyebrows with eyebrow gel and fill in a little with a pencil if necessary. Put a little bronzer on your eyelids to wake up your eyes and apply mascara. Apply lip products and you’re ready to face the day more confidently!
However, if you still want to learn and practice all this, I’d love to see you at my “Everyday Makeup for Yourself” training, where we’ll focus individually on how your skin is suitable for makeup, how to choose products and how to find your shade, and how to create a look that highlights your natural beauty.
