Welcome to LEVEL-UP!

It’s time to level up! After finishing TRANSFORM, this is the next step for you. LEVEL UP consists of 8 weeks of intense workouts to help you create a lean physique, build some muscle and improve your overall fitness, power and movement!

All you’ll need is your bodyweight, a chair and a pair of dumbbells, which you can switch for water bottles or whatever you have in hand.

Repeat the first cycle weekly for 4 weeks and then move on to the second cycle for the last 4 weeks. If you like the workouts then you can of course do them for a longer period of time!
