Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 dl frozen mango
- 1 dl frozen pineapple
- Handful of frozen spinach
- Small bunch of mint
- 1 dl Alpro coconut milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds or milled linseeds
- Optional: vegan protein powder
- Serve with nut butter & granola
Method:
Add all your ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Stir between blending so the fruit mixes easier. If you don’t have a high speed blender then you can defrost your fruit beforehand so it wouldn’t break your blender.
