Ingredients (4-6 servings)
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 dl oats
- 1 dl plant milk
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate chips
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. Get a big bowl. Mash up the bananas with a fork, then add in one egg and mix it until it’s smooth. Then add in all the rest of the ingredients.
Get a small baking dish and add the mixture in. Use oil or baking paper to prevent it from sticking to the dish. Add your chocolate chips (you can also add walnuts or any nuts/seeds).
Bake it for about 25-30 minutes.
Serve with fresh or frozen berries and nut butter of choice!
