MONDAY: Green smoothie bowl

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 dl frozen mango
  • 1 dl frozen pineapple
  • Handful of frozen spinach
  • Small bunch of mint 
  • 1 dl Alpro coconut milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds or milled linseeds
  • Optional: vegan protein powder
  • Serve with nut butter & granola

 

Method: 

Add all your ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Stir between blending so the fruit mixes easier. If you don’t have a high speed blender then you can defrost your fruit beforehand so it wouldn’t break your blender.
