This guide has been programmed to challenge your muscles and fitness level with a focus on building muscle and strength on 4 days a week. Expect a combo of heavy lifts, functional movements and intensity exercises.

Disclaimer: The exercises have a given range of repetitions, if you can do the given number of repetitions at the upper limit, then it would be time to increase the weight, if you can do at the lower limit, then the weight is more or less okay. Do 3 rounds of all exercises. Sometimes if you feel that you have less energy, you can do fewer repetitions, but if you want and have energy, do more rounds, i.e. 4!
