Get lean, get strong, transform. Use every part of your body to up your strength to another level. This 30-minute high-intensity interval training will give you all the tools you need to make a complete transformation!
All you’ll need is your bodyweight, a chair and a pair of dumbbells, which you can switch for water bottles or whatever you have in hand.
Repeat the first cycle weekly for 4 weeks and then move on to the second cycle for the last 4 weeks. If you like the workouts then you can of course do them for a longer period of time!
