Punch and kick your way to fitness in this high-energy kickboxing workout. Learn the basics of martial arts while still feeling the burn from strength & conditioning workouts. With each round, you’ll be motivated to up the intensity to make the most out of your workout.
These workouts are completely non-contact, with easy-to-follow moves, you won’t need any equipment. We’ll work out 3 times a week and all of the workouts are unique! Join us!
