Welcome to KNOCKOUT!
This is a fun muay thai class where you’ll punch and kick to get stronger and improve your cardiovascular fitness. You’ll develop coordination, agility and speed and learn new things! If this is your first time kickboxing, then check out BOOTCAMP for the basics. We’ll add new workout here from time to time, including strength & conditioning workouts, so it’s perfect to add to your weekly workout routine. Let’s do some knocking out!
